Tight fitment

First off, customer service was amazing. I originally ordered black and was immediately emailed by customer service to inform me it’d be a week out as it was out of stock. They gave me options as far as different colors that were in stock that could ship that same day so I went with titanium instead. The kit was packaged very well but some of the powder coat had already chipped off the very bottom corner of the y bridge before I’d even gotten it out of the box. No big deal but it also scratched off very easily during the install and let me tell you it’s a TIGHT fit. Had to bend and reroute the fuel return lines as they didn’t fit back where they were originally mounted. I also had to grind down my S&B turbo mouthpiece as it was hitting the y bridge and wouldn’t sit against the turbo enough to clamp it down. Had to grind it down even more to fit the fuel return hose that runs across the y bridge as well. Granted it does say in the instructions that some rerouting and modification may be required. The next headache was the cold side charge air pipe. It’s hard to get the bracket down behind the FICM while still getting the lower end into the silicone elbow at the inter cooler. Once it’s behind the FICM it’s a tight fit getting the pipe to the y bridge and sliding the other silicone boot down. Once it’s down though the bolts line right up and you’re pretty much set. All in all it’s a decent kit. Customer service again was great, the kit itself is just a very tight fit and somewhat difficult install.

Very difficult y-bridge could use possible reengineering

the y bridge is very difficult to get on as you CAN'T get the nuts on the bottom front bolts even with a 1/4 inch short 10mm with a swivel or a flex extension had to get passenger side nuts on and then driver make sure to tighten the bottom nuts before the top bolts not fully tight but enough so you can align the top holes might have to use a mallet but make sure you have extra days or at least a long night planned if you cant figure it out job should've taken at least 1-2 hrs. took me at least 6 hours just to install and back to running but personally its a great kit just very tight fitting and y bridge can be more user friendly for doing it you're self also powder coating doesn't seem to be a good coating also just from pulling y-bridge in and out I could see scratches all the way thru like it was just painted I personally don't mind as I will change colors soon " FOUR STARS CAUSE OF Y-BRIDGE AND THE PAINT OR POWDER COATING''

Great experience

Purchased the Y-Bridge with the intercooler pipe. All the parts from Pusher fit better than stock, great quality clamps, welds on the Y-Bridge are perfect, quality of the boots seem to be awesome as well. The craftsmanship and fit and finish of these products are spot on. Customer service is friendly, they will happily answer any questions you may have. Overall it was a great experience from purchasing the parts to installing them. Would definitely recommend.

LLY. Pusher y-bridge intake

I purchased this intake a few weeks ago. I received it extremely fast considering it had to be built. I had it in my hands in less than a week and a half and I live in California. The product looks really good. When it came to fitting onto the manifold it dropped right on With very little extra effort to align the bolt holes. I ordered this in raw metal and powder coated it myself to match the rest of my parts. I would say the only negative feedback on this white bridge would be the lack of clean up on the inside of the flange. The 3 inch tubing should be cut back and hoarded smooth to the same diameter as the flange. I would have definitely recommended this company and their products. I look forward to installing and purchasing their intake cold air cleaner set up.

Great product

Shipping was extremely quick. Power coating was amazing and part was made of great materials. Fit perfect no modifications needed to install the y bridge. Hot side piping took a little work to fit being you have to reroute the piping to the Intercooler. Overall very satisfied with pusher they know what they are doing.

Super max lly intake

The install was a little bit harder than depicted but could still be done with basic tools once it's in the engine it looks great and the power gains are very noticeable. It gives the engine a much deeper tone especially if paired with a full intake and intake baffle delete. If your a Canadian resident you will wind up paying nearly double as I found out though through tariffs and everything else which is definitely not a great surprise. Other than that I really like the super max intake and it's true y style design.

y-bridge and intercooler tube

This y-bridge is huge compared to the stock one. Be prepared though because it does take some modifying which wasnt described in the directions had to cut and modify my low pressure fuel line that ran over the stock y-bridge. I dont know if it is necessary with the stock mouthpiece still on but I have an aftermarket afe mouth piece and there is no room to keep that line where it sits from the factory. Other than that the rest line up as described. So far I am pleased with it and it feels more responsive and mostly I am glad I wont have to be messing with the stock y-bridge popping out anymore.

Instructions kinda vague on this figured it out though beware this is a chore to get in and get right. Worth the headache though my truck is so much more responsive and no more boost leaks yay!!!

The y bridge is excellent quality, I have a banks intercooler and wish there was an option for it I had to cut and weld the pipe and use a long 90 , the truck runs great lower egts quicker turbo spool

I ordered the y bridge, charger tube and the hit side pipe to my Intercooler for my LLY duramax. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the amazing quality and craftsmanship of the pipes. Install was spot on with no issues and I noticed a night and day difference in my truck's performance and response. Highly recommended especially for a Dmax, excellent customer service and support

Excellent Quality

You have a great quality product, the only issue I had was that I have a banks intercooler (which apparently doesn't match the stock locations) and well and things didn't line up well, but with a little measure, cut, and weld, and paint. Plus a long silicone 90, everything worked out good. No fault on you guys I was more than satisfied with your product, but you might add a note to the LLY page that it won't work with a banks intercooler.

Great product, everything lined up like it should of. Y-bridge bolts were kinda a pain to tighten in the front but worth it. Awesome finish on the color and the welds. I recommend it to anyone in my area who ask. Plan on purchasing the hot side piping down the road someday.

I just had your egr delete and super max y bridge put on my lly duramax yesterday and y'all make a great product. I could not be happier. My mechanic has never used pusher before he said he had never even heard of it before but said it is by far the best kit he has ever put on and he has been doing it for 10 years. Great product.

Totally changed my truck.

The Pusher Intakes family really puts out a great product. I've been fortunate to know them before they became Pusher Intakes, and knew my truck was in great hands when I dropped it off to be modified. The truck was a 2004.5 LLY Chevy Duramax and received the pusher max compound kit and super max y bridge. I've always been a gear head but never really modified my trucks so this was a first for me. All I could say is WOW! The install and professionalism was on point and the truck performed awesome. I drive my truck everyday and tow quite a bit with it from a boat to equipment trailer. I've had the compound kit on truck with EFI LIVE for over 2 years now. It made long haul towing my boat down to the Florida Keys and back, drove to and from Texas with barely shutting off truck. The truck performed as it should and the added power made towing a lot easier. Anyone looking for added power and reliability will not go wrong with a pusher max compound kit!

My name is Steve Shotzbarger and I'd like to take a moment and give some feed back on my products recently purchased from Pusher intakes. First I'd like to say the packaging was very neat, secure, and organized. The instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Secondly, the overall appearance of their products is second to none! Top notch welds as well as the powder coating. Next, the installation went smooth with minimal cursing lol. Hotrod parts can be challenging sometimes. Now to fitment. You can tell Pusher does their homework before releasing a product! All products that I have installed (Duramax egr deletes, Supermax y-bridges, IC piping,etc.) have fit like factory with a substantial increase in air flow and lower egt's. In my opinion, no matter if you want to increase mpg's, tow more efficiently, drag race, or sled pull, Pusher is the company to go with hands down. Customer service is excellent as well! (This is very hard to find) way to go guys!
