3” 2 port intake system for 2006 5.9 Cummins
I’ve yet to install this system, I purchased it as one of several intake side upgrades for my recent engine rebuild. If it performs as good as it looks right out of the box, it should not disappoint.
Combine a Pusher 3" Intake Manifold and 3" Cross-Air and save $25! This is the most cost effective way to protect your rear cylinders on trucks under the 500HP mark. It addresses the restrictive factory intake manifold and the air starvation of the front and rear cylinders.
The Cross-Air adapts to existing ports at the front and rear of the intake plenum that are normally sealed off with a freeze plug style fittings from the factory. By splitting off the driver-side charge tube and creating two additional parallel paths to those ports, cylinders 1, 5, and 6 can be better supplied with air. This helps balance the engine temperatures and load at each cylinder greatly.
APPS Compatibility: This kit is not compatible with the APPS mounted in the stock location on 2003-2005 trucks. You must relocate or purchase the Pusher APPS relocation bracket to use the Cross-Air on trucks equipped with a APPS.
Intercooler Compatibility: This product was designed to work with the factory intercoolers, and aftermarket intercoolers that mimic the factory inlet / outlet locations. If you have an aftermarket intercooler please call for the current compatibility list.

I have the pusher intake on my 07 5.9l and I really like it . Mileage went up a bit and EGT temps went down . I am very pleased and will buy again when the time comes .
