Description

The Pusher HD 3" Hot Side Charge Tube for the 2011-14 Ford F250/350 6.7L Powerstroke replaces the restrictive factory hot side charge tube and its failure-prone couplers with a fully TIG-welded, mandrel-bent, CNC-machined steel charge tube. It features heavy-duty silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for enhanced durability. The system incorporates an O-ring seal at the compressor outlet, designed to withstand over 100 PSI of boost, and comes complete with all new, high-quality silicone connections and fully stainless T-bolt clamps.

The Pusher HD 3" Hot Side Charge Tube is compatible with any turbo utilizing the factory compressor housing.

Intercooler Compatibility:

The one piece configuration was designed to work with the factory intercooler and turbo, and as such will work with aftermarket intercoolers/turbos that mimic the factory inlet/outlet locations. If you have aftermarket parts that may differ, we recommend purchasing the two piece configuration or call for compatibility advice.

Designed and manufactured in the USA.

One Piece vs Two Piece Hot Pipe

Both of our hot pipes connect to the turbo using the factory C-clip. For the one-piece hot pipe, we weld a machined steel component to the pipe, resulting in a single silicone connection at the intercooler. The two-piece version uses a coupler and clamps to connect the machined component, providing silicone connections both near the turbo and at the intercooler.

The two-piece design offers more flexibility, making it ideal for aftermarket intercoolers or turbos that may not align perfectly with the one-piece. We generally recommend the two-piece hot pipe, even with stock components, as it is easier to install and offers more versatility for future upgrades. Read more about it here: What's the difference? 2011 hot side intercooler tube

Installed on 2011 f450 6.7 powerstroke fully deleted with Aurora 3000 turbo. Replaced H&S tube with Pusher 1 piece cac tube because it looked more reliable, and it is. Install was straight forward, not as easy as video showed, but not too difficult. Getting the turbo side to seat was trying, wound up using a rubber mallet and with a couple taps it clicked into place. Silicone spray is a necessity for the extremely heavy duty boot. The Pusher tube fits nice, is heavy duty, and I give it a 5/5 rating. Outstanding product and customer service. I appreciate every aspect of my experience. Thank you, JG
