- Compatible with most Borg Warner S400 frame chargers and stock based Holset chargers

- Full steel intermediate charge pipe with a port for a boost sensor
- Front mount 5" Cold Air Intake with hidden sensor ports and massive Pusher 50 CAL Air Filter with Pusher branded Pre-filter.
- Cab/chassis trucks may require an exhaust manifold for a non cab/chassis truck and a coolant riser tube modifications. Please call us for additional information.

The Intermediate Exhaust Pipe comes standard with a 2000°F-rated Cerakote coating for exceptional durability. It is designed to optimize exhaust flow while minimizing interference with surrounding engine bay components. The pipe is hydro-formed to provide a seamless transition, perfectly matching the S400 turbine inlet.
- All fittings and oil/water lines are premium-grade components sourced from trusted, well-known manufacturers.
- Extremely heavy duty turbo mount - proven to hold the S400 in place in any condition.
- The S400 charger is situated for optimal routing of each component in the system.
- No welding or significant modifications to surrounding engine bay components are required. This is a true bolt-on system that can be installed in 4 to 8 hours, depending on skill level and pace of work.
- Our system includes everything needed for a seamless installation: gaskets and hardware, durable 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, wire loom, and detailed instructions with photos.
A variety of powder coat colors are available—options without a listed lead time are typically in stock and ship the same or next day. Please note, this system is not compatible with the factory emissions system and requires custom tuning to achieve its full potential.
