The Pusher Intake System for the 2011+ Ford F250/350 6.7L Powerstroke spent two years in research, design, and testing to obtain perfectly balanced air delivery and compatibility across numerous turbo configurations. Replaces the entire anemic factory intake manifold, plastic cold side charge tube and cold air intake assembly

The Pusher Intake Manifold delivers maximum and perfectly equalized air flow to each cylinder head Both the Pusher cold side charge tube and cold air intake are routed via the shortest most efficient flow path

The washable Pusher 40 CAL Air Filter. The 40 CAL filter utilizes the same materials and design as the 50 CAL filters tested and proven in all of the Pusher compound turbo systems. Click here to learn how to care for the washable 40 CAL air filter.

  • The entire system is constructed around mandrel-bent steel tubing with CNC-machined sensor ports and flanges for an insanely rugged system designed and built to last the life of your truck

Love the pipes and customer service!

I already had the hot side pipe, just installed the intake kit. Getting rid of the plastic and cast manifold is glorious! The sound and quicker spool up feels phenomenal too! I have the upper coolant pipe ordered as well to round out the pusher setup. The only thing this wasn’t in the instructions was I had to cut one of the tabs that held the dipsticks to the old manifold; there’s a nice tab on the drivers side of the new manifold for the rearmost dipstick mount but the forward one would have been hitting the new parts. Thank you Jon for your help!

2015 6.7 Powerstroke intake kit

Really nice quality components. Fit perfectly. Clamps are really nice quality. I was happy the intake came with new gaskets and seals needed for install. I was quite disappointed to realize that the exhaust brake would no longer be functional. I should have realized this on my own but also it would have been nice to have this noted in the product description. Had I known that, I likely would have opted for the kit that would have kept it as I do a fair amount of towing. Installed at the same time as a new intercooler and VGT solenoid so I can’t say for sure the gains on its own but the exhaust sounds deeper and more turbo spool noise is noticed.
