Pusher Intake System for 2011-2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 6.7L Powerstroke

For vehicles with emissions equipment removed. Not compatible with factory emissions systems. For race / off-road use only.

Not compatible with the dual-inlet GT32 SST Turbocharger found on stock 2011-2014 Regular Frame F250/F350.

The optional hot-side charge tube will not fit PPE intercoolers. If you have a PPE intercooler, please purchase our custom-made PPE hot-side charge tube.

The Pusher Intake System for 2011-2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks is a complete intake-side performance upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory intake manifold, plastic cold-side charge tube, and factory cold air intake assembly.

Developed through two years of research, design, and testing, this system was built to deliver balanced airflow, improved turbo response, lower EGTs, and long-term durability across a wide range of turbo configurations.

At the center of the system is the Pusher Intake Manifold, engineered to distribute airflow evenly to each cylinder head for more consistent air delivery where it matters most. The included cold-side charge tube and cold air intake are designed with short, efficient flow paths to reduce restriction and improve overall performance.

The system also includes the washable Pusher 45CAL Air Filter, built from the same high-performance filter material used in Pusher’s proven 50CAL filters found in our compound turbo systems.

Why Increased Airflow Matters

Increasing airflow is about more than peak power. A less restrictive, better-balanced intake system helps improve overall drivability and consistency, especially under load.

This system is not compatible with factory emissions equipment and is intended for race / off-road use only.

Pedestal height matters:
Turbo pedestal height varies by application. Please refer to the pedestal height chart to confirm the correct fitment for your truck or turbo setup.

We offer two styles of hot side charge tubes - the one and two piece designs. Please see the graphic included in the photo gallery to see the difference. Pusher intake

I will say it took me a few years to get around to finally installing the kit, but i will say from the beginning the customer service is fantastic. I had some questions and they were very helpful in guiding me to what I needed as well as working with me on not needing some components since I already had an S&B CAI. As for the kit, it's a nice kit that came with everything I needed and is a super snug fit. Very happy. I have noticed a slight difference in better fuel economy but the biggest difference in the improvement in throttle response and my EGR temps running a few degrees cooler when towing. Thanks to the Pusher team.
