Pusher intake
I will say it took me a few years to get around to finally installing the kit, but i will say from the beginning the customer service is fantastic. I had some questions and they were very helpful in guiding me to what I needed as well as working with me on not needing some components since I already had an S&B CAI. As for the kit, it's a nice kit that came with everything I needed and is a super snug fit. Very happy. I have noticed a slight difference in better fuel economy but the biggest difference in the improvement in throttle response and my EGR temps running a few degrees cooler when towing.

I already had the hot side pipe, just installed the intake kit. Getting rid of the plastic and cast manifold is glorious! The sound and quicker spool up feels phenomenal too! I have the upper coolant pipe ordered as well to round out the pusher setup. The only thing this wasn’t in the instructions was I had to cut one of the tabs that held the dipsticks to the old manifold; there’s a nice tab on the drivers side of the new manifold for the rearmost dipstick mount but the forward one would have been hitting the new parts.

2015 6.7 Powerstroke intake kit
Really nice quality components. Fit perfectly. Clamps are really nice quality. I was happy the intake came with new gaskets and seals needed for install. I was quite disappointed to realize that the exhaust brake would no longer be functional. I should have realized this on my own but also it would have been nice to have this noted in the product description. Had I known that, I likely would have opted for the kit that would have kept it as I do a fair amount of towing. Installed at the same time as a new intercooler and VGT solenoid so I can’t say for sure the gains on its own but the exhaust sounds deeper and more turbo spool noise is noticed.
Overall, love this intake and HIGHLY recommend this!
I’ve got a 2016 f250 power stroke that this intake was applied to. System wise, this is amazing. Really opens up the motor and you can feel the throttle response difference. You can also hear the turbo more, which is always better. The instructions are clear ish. If you’ve never removed the entire intake on your truck, upper and lower, I recommend finding a YouTube video to follow rather than go off the instructions. You can still accomplish the job with only instructions provided if you pay close attention. If you have an oil dipstick tube that has two mounting brackets attached to it, you have to cut off the most forward one for it to fit back on properly, if you don’t cut it off, you’ll scratch your powder coat. Make sure you have the silicon boot for the cold side pipe on correctly or it won’t reach the intercooler easily, the instructions didn’t show which orientation to put the boot. Overall though, I have no complaints about the intake system itself, it came with everything needed without having to guess what went where. I highly recommend this kit if your towing, racing, or just wanting to open your intake a lot more! Extremely happy with this purchase.

Beautiful product but disappointing results
After almost 2 years of trying to talk myself into spending the money, I finally did, and I'm pretty disappointed. I had a AFE CAI on it and wanted an upgrade mainly for easier maintenance of the open engine bay this offers and longevity. My pickup is a '15 F350 CCLB with 265k miles on it , stock height and tires. I ordered this system about a month ago while I was on a work trip in WA state and installed it there before my 1500 mile trek back to central MN where I live. I pulled a 10k goose neck trailer home as a great first test. We drove the entire trip straight through with the cruise set at 62 MPH, took us 32 hrs with stops and whatever. First thing I noticed is how the air intake temp was actually higher with this system than the last, and not just a little bit, not sure how that is but maybe it's because of this being all metal instead of many plastics?? The day we left it was 80 degrees outside and the intake temp was 10-15 degrees over the outside air temp on average across the plains, but when actually pulling hard over the mountains it would be as high as 155 degree intake temp or 75 degrees over outside temp! I averaged 11.3 mpg on the trip. I see no fuel mileage gains at all and no power gains either. I run my truck like a baby, maybe if I drove it harder I would see something different. One more thing that's annoying is in town or stop and go traffic, it throws a code for too much air. It only happens when taking off slow and easy. Which means the intake definitely must be freer flowing. I wanted everyone to know a real world experience.
Worth every penny!
Installed a complete kit with both hot and cold side pipes on a 2015 F250 6.7. The quality of the kit is unmatched! You can really see the amount of detail in every part! the only recommendation I can give is spend the extra money and get the two piece hot side charge pipe because it is really tight like they say in the description.
Perfect fit, great performance
Put this system on my 2015 F250. Fit perfectly, and truck runs great. My truck finally looks, smells, and sounds like a diesel. Nice work pusher- thanks for a quality product, shipped on time. The shipment was packaged carefully, and I could tell that you take pride in your work. Nicely done.
Pusher intake
I wish the intakes were made so that you don't have to have a deleted truck. My truck runs great, small tune, no deleted. I thought your intakes would help my fuel mileage. As I opened the box I noticed I need to delete my truck to install. I would not of bought if I knew this info. I have not installed yet due to I'm not sure I want to delete where I do a little hot shoting and do not want to deal with DOT. Let's design a kit that hooks up to original egr cooler.

6.7 pusherr intake
Great and nice product; high quality and easy to install. Better quality than other powerstroke piping kits i have had on my old 6.0 Although the powdercoat was easy to scratch. Would recommend leaving on the bubble wrap till after the install. Really like the look and sound, really lets you here the turbo spool.
Pusher Full piping kit and coolant reroute
I have to say I was skeptical with any games that I would achieve with a full piping kit and coolant reroute. There was one small issue due to shipping which is not pusher s fault, but they fixed it without question. Quality parts exceeded my expectations!!!
I will say, I see lower EGTs, 2 MPG gains and quicker turbo spool and it sounds AWESOME!! I am sold! Looks EVEN BETTER and it will pay for itself with the fuel savings.
I would definitely purchase again! Thank you PUSHER for answering all my questions as well.
Air intake kit
Pusher has a solution for every truck, mine is a F250 2017 with a different brand intake and it was located at the front of the battery. I was suggested by Jon to purchase the 2015-2016 kit if I didn’t want to relocate the battery. Sure thing, it looks great. The only suggestion I have is that the cold side pipe should be 2 1/2- 3 inches shorter on the intercooler side, the length it has now is too much and forces the silicone elbow to take too much of the pipe and is difficult to set the pipe in the manifold, if it’d be shorter not only the silicone elbow wouldn’t get forced and the installation would be a breeze. Nothing affects performance but that small change would save steel an facilitates installation. Great product

Just got this installed last week. Fits perfectly, looks good and even sounds better. Good investment for me.
Best kit on the market!
Install was super easy and straightforward as long as you are familiar with getting the upper intake manifold off. Fit and finish is very nice and does not rub up against anything like some other kits out there. Definitely increased turbo spool (paired with KC Stage 2 Whistler and Exergy 10mm CP4) and throttle response. Highly recommend this kit if you have a 6.7!!
Full piping kit and coolant reroute
Could not be happier. Amazing quality. The couplers are stupid strong. Clamps are great. I 100% recommend the coolant reroute. My factory one leaked when I barely touched it. Worth every penny.

There are a lot of intake systems out there. I have done my research and you get what you pay for. The Pusher intake is very thought out. Install was straight forward there are several items that were a tad different on my 2015 than the newer models but all and all this kit installed easily and made a world of difference. I had to use Pusher's tech support several times via email and phone and every time they answered quickly and helped me through any issues I had with the install.
It woke my 2015 up! Turbo spools right up and I can feel the power because now the engine can breath as it should.
Fit and finish 10 out of 10. If you are on the fence on this intake system don't be it is the best on the market. All boots, clamps and parts is top notch.
I recommend during install be very careful.of the powder coat. If you are worried about scratching it use kitchen saran wrap and wrap the parts and take it off after install. Works well to keep parts from scuffing and scratching.

The additional part I ordered was wrong due to misunderstanding so I called in and they said no problem send it back and we will get the right one back to you. Now I'm just waiting on that. This intake system looks awesome and installs easily! Cleans up engine bay sooo much! Instructions were clear and simple. Only thing, I wish the 11-16 utilized an air box. As far as performance, I don't necessarily "feel" a difference but I'm sure it's there. I don't have any other motor work other than the normal. I mostly wanted to be able to see things and work on the engine if need be and it does that very well! They also didn't have anything ready to ship when I talked to them but said it would be a day or two, they shipped the next day!

What an awesome product to install! It clears up room for maintenance in the engine bay and makes for a very nice upgrade. Install was simple but will say it's easier with two people. The only thing I had to do that wasn't mentioned is remove the stabilizing bracket for the transmission dipstick. Just ground it off and wallah, it was perfect

Best Piping Kit On The Market
First I have gotta say that Jon and Jacob are awesome guys that really know their stuff! They went above and beyond for me.
I almost went with a different piping kit for my 2015 Powerstroke because I found a couple that were a little cheaper and they also came with the hot side pipe. I went back and forth for a while and decided to go with the Pusher kit as well as the hot side pipe and I am glad I did! I still have the stock turbo which is pretty quiet but after I put this kit on I can actually hear it inside the cab with the windows up and 35" mud tires roaring. I also noticed a huge difference in throttle response, less turbo lag, lower egt's, little deeper sound out of the exhaust, and I picked up right at 1mpg. I highly recommend anything Pusher sells!

My truck runs awesome!
Purchased the cold air intake system for my 2015 Ford f250. It's a totally different truck. Also did alot of other stuff to it. Pusher Intakes customer service was great after Fed ex lost my package. Only wish the system would have come with the Hot side as well.

Intake looks awesome, have not been able to drive the truck yet as I am waiting on the EGR plates. The instructions were a little muddled/steps unclear but I was able to understand it better with the help of their video.

I admit, I am not the best mechanic, but I do know enough to get through most any project. The videos and instructions do not match up, so I relied on both to push through the install. The videos make it much easier than it was for me. I also think the 2016 F250 has some differences from the 2018 in the video that make the video install smoother. Over all I am very happy and would do it again in a heart beat. The install look amazing.

Nice looking intake the application to my 2016 f550 was different then the F-350 -250 pickup but they got it all straightened out new tube to the turbo. All in all it turned out great .

Cleans up the engine bay amazingly as well as gives you nice slightly noticeable turbo whistle or spool inside the cab. Only thing I wish was that the air filter was inclosed such as the 17+ kits. Also, for the money you spend on a kit such as this I feel all the clamps in the kit should be the nicer t bolt style clamps vs a mix of t bolt and normal style hose clamps. Overall very happy with the looks, sounds, and fit and finish of this kit.
100% Quality
You truly get what you pay for and the Pusher Intake system is top notch on workmanship, fit and finish. Not only is the powder coating great quality but it's 100 percent coverage inside and out on all the pipes. The gaskets and hardware are quality as well. The performance difference was immediately noticed. Cold and hot starts are quicker and throttle response is drastically improved. I wish I would have put this system on immediately after purchasing my truck. My only complaint is that the 2015-16 intake pipe doesn’t have a port for the filter minder, just nitpicking.

I purchased my Pusher Intake system for my 2015 F350. After a couple unanswered emails, I called. The staff was very knowledgable and responsive. My parts came in ASAP and were super wrapped and packaged. The parts went right on the truck as shown in the excellent YouTube videos. It fits PERFECT. The quality is impressive and worth the money. I am a mechanical engineer and know good stuff when I see it.
My only suggestions would be add a couple extra stickers to the box and maybe a t-shirt. I love the product and would gladly do more advertising for it. And obviously, answer the emails.

I absolutely love this kit. I love the fact that its centered in the engine bay its so aesthetically pleasing! It sure is beautiful!!! Its aggressively priced compared to the competitors product. Removal of factory pieces takes longer than install of intake kit. Overall, extremely happy with this kit! Only negative was I looked away for one second and cat had packing peanuts down the whole street, cleaning peanuts took longer than R&R which effected me jumping in and taking her for a test drive. Great product thank you! So happy with product I will be ordering piping for my 7.3.
Seen it all
Having installed almost every brand Ford 6.7L intake system there is on these trucks from 2011-2019 by far the best performing and all around intake system is Pusher Intakes. Great upgrade, very easy to install! Noticed slight improvement in fuel economy, maybe .5-1MPG. Also a noticeable increase in the turbo response and the best part it sounds awesome!
