Pusher Customer service was amazing. I probably called them 10 times throughout my research and purchase. They were always happy to talk and answer any question I had. They Never sounded irritated and always answer the question throughly no matter how trivial. I also left messages on their voicemail and was always called back in a timely manner. As for the products everything pusher makes is engineered and machines to top quality and the grid heater delete was no different. The fit was perfect, and all gaskets were included. I would recommend pusher to anyone.
