What's the difference? Our One-Piece vs Two-Piece Hot Side Charge Tube

Pusher 3" Hot & Cold Side Charge Tubes with Throttle Valve Adapter for the 2015-2016 Ford F250/350 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks.

Save $20 when you combine the Pusher 3" Hot & Cold Side Charge Tubes with our Throttle Valve Adapter. Replace your failure prone OEM plastic charge tubes with fully machined, mandrel bent, and TIG welded assemblies to fix the problem for good. This is the go-to setup for shops and truck owners alike looking for the highest quality solution for an OEM tuned truck.

Cold Side Intercooler Compatibility: This product was designed to work with the factory intercooler, and as such will work with aftermarket intercoolers that mimic the factory inlet / outlet locations. If you have an aftermarket intercooler that differs from that, please call for compatibility.

Hot Side Intercooler Compatibility: The one piece configuration was designed to work with the factory intercooler and turbo, and as such will work with aftermarket intercoolers/turbos that mimic the factory inlet/outlet locations. If you have aftermarket parts that may differ, we recommend purchasing the two piece configuration or call for compatibility advice.

  • Replaces the restrictive failure prone plastic factory cold side charge tube as well as the hot side
  • Fully TIG welded 3" mandrel bent steel tubing with machined IAT sensor port and two auxiliary 1/8" NPT ports
  • Engineered for optimum routing and best fitment
  • Includes a fully machined 6061-T6 throttle valve adapter that is anodized in our signature titanium finish for superior corrosion control

What Ford should have done for CAC pipes

I paired a set of these with the Pusher Intake and upper radiator pipe for my 2015 when I put in a Choate Workhorse long block and S&S DRC fuel system . No way I was going back with OEM on that engine. If silicone spray isn't enough for boot install, grab some dielectric grease, which is silicone, and stays where you put it a lot better than spray. I went with the one piece hot side pipe for my 2015, and even with new motor mounts and the whole front clip off I still ended up having to move my intercooler to get it snapped on the turbo. I've got about 8000 miles on the build and have been very happy with the Pusher kit. *If you do not have new motor mounts the one piece pipe may not fit. I had this issue with a stock 2012 recently.* Great products, and I am very happy with Pusher's quality. My 2021 is in line to get a full intake, pipe and coolant pipe upfit.

hot side and cold side intercooler replacement

Just a quick note about my install and Pusher intakes. After researching several companies for replacement cold side intercooler hoses, I landed with Pusher. I watched the install videos and tackled both the cold and hot side together. The total install took about 1.75 hours, but it turned out great. The pipes were as advertised. I ordered the titanium, so the pipes wouldn't be over the top and they would blend in well with the rest of the motor. The workmanship on the pipes was great and the powder coat was well done. They were shipped to me quick and packaged so they wouldn't get damaged. I proudly display a "Pusher" bumper sticker on the back of my truck. Well done gentlemen!
