The Pusher Intake System for 2017-2019 Ford F250/350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks underwent two years of extensive research, design, and testing to achieve perfectly balanced air delivery and compatibility with a wide range of turbo configurations. This system replaces the restrictive factory intake manifold, plastic cold-side charge tube, and cold air intake assembly for a complete performance upgrade.

The Pusher Intake Manifold is engineered to deliver maximum airflow evenly to each cylinder head, optimizing engine performance. Both the cold-side charge tube and cold air intake are designed with the shortest, most efficient flow paths for superior results. A TIG-welded aluminum upper filter box integrates seamlessly with the factory lower filter box and grill ducting, creating a true cold air intake system.

A tinted plexiglass window and the factory filter minder provide easy monitoring of the air filter's condition. The system features the washable Pusher 45 CAL Air Filter, crafted from the same high-performance materials as the 50 CAL filters rigorously tested and proven in Pusher’s compound turbo systems. Paint and fitment are trash

The airbox is a cool design but an absolute disaster of a poor execution it is extremely difficult to get the thing to line up correctly you have to have four hands to put the filter on and then manipulate the lid just to get it to where you can get it in place and if you're lucky you will be able to get to the screw on the clamp inside the box to be able to clamp the filter Somehow no matter what you do the airbox tends to move and it leaks there so it's not a proper cool air intake and then the morons that pusher decided to put a tinted window on the airbox for some stupid reason so you can't even see anything to tell whether or not your filter is dirty Because it is so dark might as well just be another piece of metal because you can't use it for what it's intended for anyways The piece of plexi is bowed up on mine so it leaks air there I'm gonna have a friend of mine laser cut a piece of clear plexi to replace this piece of junk I had to have another friend 3-D print a block off plate for the airbox square hole that the morons Ford decided to put in the box Overall a trash design and I would say stay away from it it would really make a lot more sense if this box lid would open up in two pieces and clamp together that way you can easily put the filter on and then clamp it and it closes up with no leaks

Full setup with extras

17-19 package with coolant reroute and all tubes. Very clean and sharp install! Great finish! Everything went together perfectly! My only issue was having to buy a stock airbox to facilitate this filter housing assembly as I’d already had an aftermarket filter.
