The Pusher Max HD Charge Tube is engineered to provide your engine with 93% more air while properly securing the factory y-bridge inlet in its place. The Pusher Max 3" Driver-side Charge Tube is flow bench tested and proven to produce 86.4% more air over the OEM parts when subjected to the same inlet boost pressure. The perfect way to save $35 and take the first steps to getting your pre/post intercooler charge system components flowing up to par on trucks with modified tunes and basic upgrades. Compatible and highly recommended with the Pusher Max Compound Turbo System.

Pusher Max HD Charge Tube Super HD y-bridge support system proven to hold the factory two piece y-bridge together at over 70 PSI of boost. 3" mandrel bent tubing supplies your engine with 93% more air and follows a 17% shorter flow path than the OEM parts it replaces.

  • Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce beautiful welds and optimal penetration without impacting air flow.
  • CNC machined and laser cut flanges for flawless mounting to your Duramax engine.
  • Utilizes an o-ring seal at the intake bridge flange to create a better seal. This also allows owners to remove and reinstall this charge tube effectively as many times as they want without purchasing a replacement gasket, as the factory gasket is a one-time use design.
  • This is the same Max HD Charge Tube used in our compound turbo system. Together they have been tested and proven on trucks ranging from 300hp trucks to heavy to 1000hp+ drag and mud race trucks.
  • Included is all of the hardware, gaskets, and wire loom for a complete install.
  • Additional options include various powder coat colors, and extra ports.

Pusher Max 3" Driver-side Charge Tube

The Pusher Max 3" Driver-side Charge Tube is engineered to provide your engine with 86.4% more air via mandrel bent tubing that follows a 9% shorter and more efficient flow path and eliminates the problematic curved factory coupler at the intercooler inlet.

  • Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce beautiful welds and optimal penetration without impacting air flow.
  • Includes heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and full stainless T-bolt clamps.
  • Does not rub on the driver-side inner fender or any other engine bay components like other designs tend to do.

Very poor fitment

I had problems with fitment on both pipes the drivers side wouldn’t seat in the coupler far enough to put the clamp on like it was to short. The passenger side hit the ficm and I had to cut the bracket off and dent it with a hammer, so take your money elsewhere

Looks great!

These charge tubes look phenomenal and they perform the same. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because there was a slight fitment issue with cold side tube. When lining up the support brackets per the instructions the bottom of the tube is not lined up perfectly with the intercooler output causing the 90 deg boot to be slightly twisted. Took forever to get boot on both sides well and not leak. This will be a huge pain every time tube is removed for future maintenance. Also the instructions do not mention having to remove the cable that runs from alternator to battery junction box to get the support bracket that bolts to thermostat housing in place, as the cable runs right over top of it. Due to the FICM support bracket needing to be on the under side, you cannot pivot tube to get thermostat support bracket lined up, must go straight down and cable is in the way. It will be more of a pain to take on and off as needed in future than I expected but still pleased with end result.
