The all-new Pusher Powerflow Intake Manifold / Turbo Inlet Package addresses the weakest airflow component of the 6.7L Powerstroke engine since its inception: the anemic factory intake manifold. 

On the stock intake manifold when air passes through the throttle valve it is immediately disrupted by the EGR boss followed by a solid wall – forcing it to be directed in nearly a 360-degree spiral pattern. With the Pusher Powerflow design, we’ve redirected the EGR flow to join the intake stream at an acute angle and have eliminated the “wall” entirely, netting a whopping 66% increase in airflow.

Since the stock turbo inlet is integrated into the factory intake manifold on 2015 and newer model year trucks, installing an upgraded intake manifold requires a new turbo inlet. The Pusher Powerflow Turbo Inlet is engineered to deliver a 15% increase in airflow compared to the stock design, while preserving the factory mounting points and CCV plumbing.

Great product, bad instructions/instructional video

The product quality is amazing and the performance is great. The video instructions for the 2015+ are very inaccurate as the truck in the video is a 2020. I have a 2016 F250 and the disassembly is very different for the video that is provided to watch. I highly recommend going to YouTube to find the video by Powertech talk showing the full removal of the stock intake manifold and turbo inlet before doing this yourself. PTT's video shows a 2019 super duty but it is identical to my 2016. I spent 7 hours fighting my truck trying to get these components off. PTT also put out a video of an install of Pusher's intake manifold & turbo inlet but i have not found it yet. In my opinion, Pusher should make a new video doing a 2015-2019 truck so no one is mislead and truely shown how to dissassemble and install the items. Another issue in my opinion is Pusher's solution to the dip sticks tubes being re-mounted is to bend them or cut a mounting tab off, not a really good option either way. Unfortunately I had to cut the front mounting tab off as its not used and was the easiest solution at the time. Be ready to get creative when getting to the bolts to install and tighten.

Intake review

Haven’t yet had it installed but been hearing great news about it. I will definitely give a better review once Aaron from PTT installs it and the DCR Upgrade.
