The all-new Pusher Powerflow Intake Manifold / Turbo Inlet Package addresses the weakest airflow component of the 6.7L Powerstroke engine since its inception: the anemic factory intake manifold.
On the stock intake manifold when air passes through the throttle valve it is immediately disrupted by the EGR boss followed by a solid wall – forcing it to be directed in nearly a 360-degree spiral pattern. With the Pusher Powerflow design, we’ve redirected the EGR flow to join the intake stream at an acute angle and have eliminated the “wall” entirely, netting a whopping 66% increase in airflow.
Since the stock turbo inlet is integrated into the factory intake manifold on 2015 and newer model year trucks, installing an upgraded intake manifold requires a new turbo inlet. The Pusher Powerflow Turbo Inlet is engineered to deliver a 15% increase in airflow compared to the stock design, while preserving the factory mounting points and CCV plumbing.

I have the Pusher powerflow intake manifold, cold and the hot side pipes. It cleans up the eng bay and has made a pretty good improvement on my emissions friendly truck. There is a big difference loosing the turbo lag and hearing it spool up. Instal was straight forward. It was a no brainer for me to go this way and spend the extra now for this. It would be nice if they sold a full kit rather than piece them together though. I've noticed a much better in the seat feel when taking off and ease of the motor when pulling my trailer. The only neg for me I would say, they are a tight fit and takes some patience and wiggles and sliding when fitting it together. Which, now really makes me happy its fit together the way it is leaving me a really secure feeling it's going to last and hold up. The option to swap in just a TV replacement later or back and forth if needed. Pretty smart set up.
